I say 'settled' but it was really an incredible experience and I was a fan ever since.
Unfortunately, the show didn't last long and I settled for their flagship Absynthe show at Ceasers. I quickly discovered Spiegelworld's brand of raunchy, anything goes, one ring circus style shows and I was hooked! (no pun intended.) At the time they had a new show called Vegas Nocturne which featured acrobats in flying bath tubs and something about a white rabbit getting struck dead by a archer who would shoot arrows with her legs. I remember doing a fair amount of research for my crazy fun Vegas at 40 trip. Sorry for extended details here, but it it hard to talk about just The Hook as I feel the entire experience is what makes places like these so memorable. Tl dr It was an amazing night! It was raunchy, unpredictable, and hilarious, just like I expected.
